This week was the big week! well, not the BIG week, baby is still in my tummy...but the second biggest week- baby shower time! And i couldnt have dreamed of a better shower! It was just amazing! My mom did ALL the baking, my step dad helped make a few items too, my best friend Ashlee, helped with decor and made all the amazing card stock that went along with all the games and brought some sangria that i wouldve loved to down!, my mother in law helped with beverages and made a yummy blue drink that i loved, my uncles mike and ronnie made the fantastic diaper cake (with a bottle of wine hidden in the center) and the watermelon baby carriage! Our theme was "mothers day out" so that meant no kids allowed! We had an awesome turn out of ladies: all of Bens family was able to attend except for one. I was missing several ladies on my side but still had many make it! We transformed my home into a venue for the day and it was just so much fun! Ben was home for much of the shower too, until he left to have a boys day, which was fun. We received so many amazing and generous gifts and cant thank everyone enough! We received our car seat, our amazing stroller, the over the top bath tub that weighs and takes the water temp, tons of beautiful clothes, bath accessories, a mini ben outfit made up of a "Tool" shirt, jeans, baby wallet and wallet chain, a baby swing plus bassinet rocker, a bumbo, a play mat, his and hers diaper bags......the list goes on and on! Baby B is going to love everything! The nursery is in its final stages and up next is packing for the hospital :))
How far along? 35 weeks
Total weight gain: 32lb- wow, that was a jump from my last weigh in! and nearing my 35lb goal!
Maternity clothes? yep
Stretch marks? the same as before- i should name the few i have
Sleep? eh, here and there- not peeing as much, but also just not sleeping great, feeling restless at night and just waking often- plus, ive been feeling short of breath at night
Best moment this week: the baby shower!!!
Miss Anything? moving up and down easily!
Movement: all the time
Food cravings: not really- still loving the OJ and water- tons and tons of water
Anything making you queasy or sick: nope
Have you started to show yet: of course!
Gender: BOY!
Labor Signs: still head down, and ive been having very short bursts of stabbing pain in my lower abdomen- but who knows what that means?!
Belly Button in or out? in, but very flat haha
Wedding rings on or off? Ive given in and taken them off :( and i HATE it! I feel naked without them! but id rather take them off willingly than have to cut them off later!
Happy or Moody most of the time: still happy :)
Looking forward to: meeting the baby!

Awesome post. What a lovely day the shower turned out to be! You look amazing and I think all the ladies had a great time. I know I did! How lucky you are to be able to document all these happy times in your life! Mommy loves you!
