Sweetest heart.

Today you met cousin Jonas, my cousins baby. He cried at one point and you said "mommy pick me up so I can sing to him". It was beyond precious. He enjoyed your singing and smiled so big! You asked him to come play with you and couldn't understand why he wouldn't. You spotted a neighborhood little girl out the door and ran to the porch yelling hi!!!! You ran to her and began playing as if you'd known forever :) she was just 2 months younger than you. You both ran and laughed and rolled around the yard. She fell and so you fell to make her feel better. She laughed and you laughed. You said ".lets pretend were animals" and you both crawled around on the ground. She tripped over you and you told her "I'm so sowwy. I'm sowwy" even though it was her fault :) she laid down and made snow angels, well grass angels I suppose since there was no snow, and you tried to copy her except you'd never done this before so you were a bit less coordinated. You did everything she did and you were blissfully happy. It was a memory burned into my mind to see you so full of joy and happiness. You told her bye when Jonas arrived and right away began making silly faces and poot noises to make him laugh, which he did :) you just have a way with other kiddos and it makes my heart smile :) at bedtime you cried to get up and threw a leg over and for the first time, went head first into the carpet. I tried to catch you and failed. You were ok but nurse practitioner mom had you do a few clinical skills before I gave you the all clear ;) after some water and chatting in the dark, you were ready for bed, happily this time. You had a great, fun day :)
