Me laugh bc they are such a look into the mind of a toddler and what they think about and worry about. These are a few recent dreams hes had, some he wakes up and talks about right then and others he just talks in his sleep and it gives the plot away that wAy :)
The other day while asleep he began crying out and was upset- saying "no no youre too far! Mommy! " I woke him up and said "its ok whats wrong"- he said "you went far away without me. You were on a train and went far far away. I was crying for you. You were leaving me, sitting on the seat, and the train was going. The train was going and i wasnt on it!"
A few days later p said as soon as he woke up, still half delirious, "The kitty cats were scared. They want out of there. They were stuck! The kitties got hurt. They got cut. Their feet werent connected to their paws"
And 2 nights ago may be my favorite funny one yet. We were asleep together in my bed and P became mad and fussy, i said" its ok its just a dreAm" (thinking it was a scary dream) and p yelled angrily while still asleep, " no! No! I want the one in the middle! The one With the icing on it!!" Hahaha! I dont know if it was a cupcake or a cookie or what but i laughed out loud at 3am. The next day p had no idea the dream had even occurred when i asked him about it. But he cleverly replied, "i think i probably just wanted the ice cream with icing on it ". Hes probably right.
